Q:Are all your items Brand New?

A:All of our products are BRAND NEW and will be sent to you in the original packaging (if there was any) - in some cases this will be in the form of vaccum formed, Gift Presentation Box or other

Q:Do you combine shipping?

A:Yes we do, simply purchase all your items and our website will work out the correct p+p charge automatically. Any problems - feel free to message us.

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?

A:We aim to get ALL orders out within 3 days of receiving them. However in most cases - your item will dispatched next day and in some cases on the same day. Most items are sent recorded delivery to ensure you receive them asap and safely.

Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

A:Please see indidual items for correct info. Also this will depend on how many items you are puchasing.

Q:Do you ship Worlwide to all locations?

A:We ship worldwide to most countries. We do not ship to Italy or Nigeria. Please note p+p charges quoted are for UK only - outside UK charges will slightly higher

Q:How long will international orders take & do you pay any additional taxes/customs fees?

A:Transit Time for International Shipping Varies by Country and Service type. Though most packages are delivered within 10 business days, it MAY take much longer (Please understand, we have no control over this). You will be responsibile for any additional taxes, fees, duties, customs charges etc..

Q:What is your return policy?

A:Most of our products have a refund policy (please see individual items for exact info). Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us on ebay explaining why you are unhappy with your purchase. Then return the item back to us in exactly the same condition that it was sent out. Refund is less p+p

Q:Do you exchange items?

A:Should you wish to exhange an item - we will do our best to accomodate. You will be required to get in touch with us & log your exchange. Then send the item back to us immediately & it must arrive in the same condition as it was sent to you. You will be responsible for ensuring that the product arrives & payment for this & re-sending your new item.

Q:Do you respond to all correspondance?

A: We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours

Q:Are items insured if lost or damaged?

A:Insurance is optional however lost/damaged items cannot be replaced or refunded if insurance is not taken at time of purchase unless Royal Mail agree to refund. Should you wish to take out insurance with an item - please get in touch before paying.
